The MRO is built for the aircraft hangar that wants it all, and with minimal wires and hoses across the hangar floor. This GPU has a true 400 amp continuous rating and up to 1600 amps of starting current. This model is typically built with 480 VAC input, but other voltages can be specified. The unit also has two output motor plugs protected by circuit breakers, which can be used to power other 480 VAC equipment nearby. Also included are six 120 VAC receptacles protected by 20A circuit breakers for use for heat guns and other power tools. A pneumatic air manifold is also provided with one inlet and six outlets for air tools, or any compressed air requirement. The unit also features our “Push Button Current Set” which allows the user to precisely set the maximum current limit with the push of a button. This will give the pilot and operator confidence that the unit will not allow too much current to be delivered to the aircraft during the starting cycle.
Built with a continuous welded enclosure and powder coated, this unit will look and perform flawlessly for many years to come. The wheels are solid soft non marking, and come standard with a 4/0 mil-spec 20 foot aircraft cable, with a molded aircraft plug.
